Ladies and Gentlemen!  Allow me to introduce to some and present to others …

Roasted Turnips and The Five Heart Beets!

Cooking Directions:  After cutting off the tops, place turnips and beets in separate, greased cooking dishes.  Cover with foil and roast at 350° for 45 minutes.  Remove from oven and allow to cool. Using a few dry paper towels, rub the surface to remove the skin from the root vegetables, then cut to desired shape and size.  Enjoy!
